This is one of the worse places to live if something goes out they may get to you in a week it’s infested with cockroaches mice bedbugs my only choice now is call the health department they have their choice of people they won’t make them wait for nothing yes (somounli) but I’m out of there and I will be calling the health department it’s unhealthy to live with them bugs and it’s got a lot of violations this the truth my friend still lives there she has a water leak her apartment is unsafe so people I hope they fix your place city might condemn them I waiting right now for the health department to call me back and I’m calling corporate to so maybe getting corporate involved the rest of the tenants may work out for them I hope so people need to tell the truth they can’t kick you out
They dont have a model apt anymore.so they will show you the one that available rented out the model
Well I have lived here for 7 years. This neighborhood is no worse than any other neighborhood on the west side. It's not the bottoms, it's not the hilltop, it's better. Columbus sucks. I'm sorry but affordable housing is not here. And crime is everywhere, I enjoy living here better than any place I've lived in the last 40 years. Hope that helps.
Yes but they will be showing a model appt, so just know your appt may not be as nice. And also not the best neighborhood either....hope that helps!
