They will keep locked both before and after if needed. If you need something from your locked luggage, you can even access during the day.
I had the same situation and yes, I could leave my luggage there until the check in time.
You need to call the hotel directly to double check. This is a public forum based question and answer, not the hotel. However, when I stayed there, we called them for luggage hold until our check in time and they said it was no problem.
Yes they do!!! And depending on the amount of guests they have, they might even let you check in early
