Its included in your park fee, so if you have an annual pass to MN state parks, free!
It's free once you have a MN state park pass. They sell daily and seasonal passes.
If your driving in a state park you'll need a day parking permit ($7) or annual one ($35). If you're walking/ bicyling in it is free.
