Limited parking. Don't visit on a sunny weekend or you will have to park on the side of the road which have "no parking signs" and for some reason I got a $80 ticket, but there was nowhere else to park. Lots of garbage too, there are no garage cans so I just threw my trash on the ground.

Great place to fish! Nice little hike you can do. Do not leave anything In Your car your windows will get smashed. They might get smashed anyway.

Extremely peaceful. The lake was dried up so no ducks, but we still saw a good amount of wildlife. There were lots of frogs and snakes. We saw bald eagles, hawks, and even heard a Great Horned Owl. The three mile hike was easy and had lots to look at.

Nice, easy hike for any age. It was a little rainy when we were there, so we only saw a few others. Kids enjoyed climbing trees and we all enjoyed seeing garter snakes, Canada geese, a few species of ducks, spotted towhees, robins, and egrets. We heard an eagle but didn't see it, and saw signs of beaver. The trees were blooming and starting to leaf out. I imagine this will be gorgeous in a couple of weeks.

There are no camping spots here. I don't think it is allowed. It is safe to go hiking or bird watching and there is a little Pavilion not too far from the entrance that has picnic tables and a little field for gatherings . You can learn more here. https://www.oregonhikers.org/field_guide/Wapato_Greenway_Loop_Hike
