Filing a I485 Adjusrment invalidates your Visa. You are no longer a non immigrant. You good pending interview and possible approval for Resident Status. You want to travel you need to apply for permission via l131 application. It is best to wait after adjustment to travel. Also if you have't you should of file an i765 work emploment
