Dear Robert: I don't know all the issues surrounding your cousin's wounds and his death, but if he died as a result of wounds sustained in vietnam, then he should probably be on the wall. Find out who your congressman is, then write to them explaining the situation. Then request your cousin's name be put on the wall.
