My cousin, William C Baca, 18, has served in Vietnam War, 1965, he got the superficial wounds, send oversea to our nation's hospital and died few days on Dec. 26th,1965. Why can't his name be on the Vietnam wall? Robert C Olvera, Sr. Hemet, CA

Dear Robert: I don't know all the issues surrounding your cousin's wounds and his death, but if he died as a result of wounds sustained in vietnam, then he should probably be on the wall. Find out who your congressman is, then write to them explaining the situation. Then request your cousin's name be put on the wall.
