In a well run restaurant it should not matter if the head chef is there or not. Maydan is a well run restaurant.

Food is top notch and the kitchen is a well oiled machine.
Chris is great!! But so is Gerald and the rest of the staff in the kitchen!! You should keep yiur reservation and if hes not there go back, and order whatever you didnt tonight. I promise you wont be disappointed (note not a member of maydan's staff)
