The WORST bar in DC mainly because of the clearly intoxicated (high) female bartender on 9/21. If you’re a local enjoy, if you’re from out of town stay away!! I’m editing this because I have to say that this was the first and the last time I ever go there. Thank you for creating a welcoming environment for visitors.

Yes, it was opened last weekend, but only outside sitting and 6 people max.
No you don't have to pay to get in. And, you don't have to buy an alcoholic drink but you should buy a non alcoholic drink. Bars are a business.
Patrons and bartender were very friendly when I went... I would go back.
