Why has my gas bill quadrupled since October and steadily going up ridiculously every month? My bill in Oct was $46, Nov jacked up to $152 and now Dec/Jan $204. We only start burning heat in the latter part of December

How can a member of the public express grave concerns about CleanChoice that apparently was approved by the commission?

Pepco ask me to change my meter box but I will have to pay out my pocket to get it done. Need to know what my rights are ?
