It has now been a year since I started working at Berhan Home Health Care Agency and I have to say that I could not be any happier to be working alongside my colleagues. I very much appreciate the mutual respect, collaborative atmosphere, and appreciation amongst staff. Not only are my colleagues a joy to work with but I also report to the CEO who knows the business inside out. Additionally, as some sectors of the business evolve, our CEO ensures that we have a seat at the table and includes us in the conversations/meetings/trainings that are necessary for smooth business operations. I am truly thankful and fortunate that I work at an agency where the better part of my day is spent with professionals who make me feel trusted and valued; it not only gives me peace of mind but is also a breath of fresh air.

Never have I EVER met an employer that cares so much for his employees like the owner does. Throughout the worst times of the pandemic, bread was never denied to feed families, special equipments were provided for and help was always available; never forgetting that opportunities to grow are available to the employees. Other companies pretend to care for its employees health, this was never an issue, health always came first. This is the attitude of an amazing boss that always showed strength and compassion, never forgetting the professionalism involved. Thank you BERHAN!

Unfortunately like many of the other reviews, I didn't have a pleasant experience with Berhan with their level of care for my dad. The staff was rude, and I'm happy we are getting services elsewhere.
