My fiance and I lived here for a little less than two years. I have to say that it was the most flexible and friendly apartment experience I have ever had. Specifically, Paul D was always incredibly friendly, professional and responsive. He is definitely a “keeper”. Aside from Paul, Marylou was excellent as well. We genuinely enjoyed the serene setting while living there. Top notch complex for sure! 6 stars.

For the past 4 years I have been very pleased with living here at Summit Mill. However these last two years at Summit have been the best of the four under new management. Summits culture changed for the best when the new building manager Paul took over. Paul and his team believe in customer service and quality care. Paul resolves issues right away and will deliver quality results immediately . It is important to my family and I that we are valued and understood always and the team at Summit Mill always delivers.

Yesterday, was officially my last day here. Relocating for better job opportunity. However, It was an amazing experience living in Summit Mill for past 7 months. I would recommend with high enthusiasm for anyone to move here. The community is very peaceful, quiet, and well maintained. Paul, the Community Manager is very personable, professional and very responsive. Anthony, superintendent and his coworker(forgot his name) were always professional and quick to fix any issues. It was a pleasure to have lived here!
