Worst McDonalds In the USA.Slow unorganized, Constantly screwing up orders some people can't even put Coffee lids on a cup they hand me aHot coffee with the lid coming off spilling hot coffee on my hand or asking for cream and sugar getting black coffee instead. Go to Branford McDonalds though nothing is perfect everyone makes mistakes but still much better than East Haven where screwing up orders is a norm.

I only come here for my god son since I cannot eat here anymore. I used to visit here all the time when I was eating McDonald's. The staff of course has changed since my teenage years so my only complaint is the random attitudes I get sometimes. I try to remember what it was like to work in the fast food industry. So I overlook that part other than that, this location is my all time favorite.

Appetizer and salad deliver to table at same time then steaks wear wrong server was nice

They open a separate payment window around 7:20/7:30 am. Prior to that that are slow as molasses. Even though this location is on the East Haven-New Haven border, they charge higher prices than most other locations, including Branford!
