Never been, and my experience was Great. The staff was very helpful, not too many people offer their help and the cashier was extremely helpful in helping me to figure how to get my coupon from my phone.

management is really rude to employees and customers, dirty looks and employees looked nervous upon asking if I wanted a credit card with big lots. if I didn't know better id assume they had a gun to their head. I've seen dogs in the pound treated better than these employees. goatee guy gives me the creeps.

This big lots is a very big location and has a big selection but it does not have any greeting cards at all and so they didn't have what I was looking for unfortunately. With that all said the staff was very friendly and helpful for anything else that I may have needed.
