Good for the locals! Parking is paid high, especially for non-residents. Recently went for the fireworks and it didn't disappoint. Good small town beach ⛱ 😎

The beach is beautiful but I had a difficult time finding parking. It seemed like all the lots were for local residents only

We have a great town beach. They groom it and there is a splash pad for the kids and a resteraunt where you can get hamburgers and hotdogs. Perfect beach environment.

It's a good beach, beautiful and scenic. When we went there there were not too many people , hence it was peaceful. It's a nice place to spend 45 minutes , the public beach is not so big , so can't take long walks along the shoreline. Other than that it's quite good.

No but if you dont live in East Haven, you need to park on the street. East Haven residents has their own parking lot.
Yes, it seems to be open to the general public as far as I can tell.
I was told after calling City Hall this past Monday they are considering opening the Splash Pad mid June.
You need to be a resident of East Haven to enter the beach. That's why it is called Town Beach
I don't know. I believe you have to present with an EH ID For proof of residency and after 5 or 6 it's open to the public.
Residents only in 2020
No all beaches closed
Sorry no due to the virus
