I'm only giving this store a 4 because the selection was very poor but the service there was phenomenal.

I bought a fitted hat here an they gave me a hard time to exchange it when there was a human error w the size that was bought for me the hat said 1 size wen it really wasn't that size. The East Haven store ended up working w me w the exchange. Thanks guys for looking out I originally 1st tried at the West Haven store never again!!
