friendly staff, clean facility especially when Lena is working. fair market prices for the machines, free detergent. only real downfall is some of the people that go there are very inconsiderate. that's true of any place though and not the fault of the business.

So I normally bring my cloths to be done at this laundry mat. I brought my UGG fax fur blanket and asked the owner how to dry it since there was no tag. He told me he’s done them before and to put it on low on the bigger machine. I did as he said and MY BLANKET GOT FRIED. It isn’t soft anymore, its all nappy and super dry. When I told him he said he didn’t even apologize. Now I am stuck with a $125 blanket that isn’t even comfortable anymore.

I've been coming to Superwash on and off since they opened. When my children were small, they loved the kids area. They still love the free popcorn. Free coffee always tastes fresh. Free wifi makes my slightly older now children happy. And now the free soap daily makes it even better! Dryer's dry within 30 minutes on medium heat and Stop & Shop receipts always have coupons on the back. The staff is kind and caring. Donna especially always has a positive word, friendly smile, and is always willing to lend a helping hand. (And at least once a month I win $2 on my laundry card!) I highly recommend Super Wash!
