Kelseyville post office staff have always been friendly and helpful. I’ve only ever had one missing package, I called them and they had it to me in less than an hour!

I've been dropping packages off here for over 10 years for my business, as well as 5 other post offices in Napa and Lake County. Today a newer woman I hadn't seen before tell me I could not drop off my parcels there anymore because my zip code didn't match (I live in Lower Lake) Isn't this the United States Post Office? Not cool, I spend tens of thousands per year with them. I was told the supervisor told them not to accept. I will be filing a formal complaint, and taking it further if I ever have a parcel returned. I don't like to complain, but this is not acceptable, and I shouldn't be forced to go to Lower Lake post office every day if I have to go the other way!!!

Our packages go missing all the time. The online portal will say delivered, but it never shows up. We call, the company contacts the post office and somehow the packages show up 1 to 2 days later. How is this possible when packages are scanned every single place they go? We seem to always get our diapers so the delivery person must not need diapers. But shoes, other nondescript items, purses, clothes we've ordered online seem to go missing with a high frequency.

On jan 9th ..i got a msg saying my pkg had arrived ..my daughter checked mail at 1 ...i chkd at 2:30 ...the mail carrier said delivered at 1:17...but i never received ...ive never had a problem with anything stolen ..the way the post office has it set up for pkgs to be delivered ..the carrier can scan and keep ... The postal worker said " its a high crime time of year ..them knowing this ..should not be leaving pkg in box .should leave a card or send out a warning to people ..
