They now have the self check out which made the shopping experience quick and easy. The store was clean and there was staff ready to help when needed. The customer service was great.

Cashiers are full of attitude... Manager name William he doesn't know how to talk professionally... Asking a question is a crime in this store. . I was there for a return and I showed a digital receipt from the Ralph's app and they refuse to take it.. As per Ralphs website they can take return with the digital receipt... On inquiring why refusing to return getting a response this is my store I don't care what website says... Ralph's management please take a note of this statement...

Why it's never a register open here... I come to Ralph's to be customer not a worker why and how am I bagging up my own stuff it's basically on the same level as Food 4 Less now which is horrible I'll start going to Smart & Final or a better ralphs
