I passed my probation period on my new job and decided I wanted to THANK EVERYONE. I brought enough pre-sliced cake in various flavors and a variety of ice cream to last a week - MAYBE? Thank you RALPHS for helping me make my co-workers feel special to me.

Usually are low stock on a lot of things but the produce is why I’m here it’s horrific as far the onions and a couple other things management is currently more worried about moving things around and buying new cold storage rather than focus on a fresh source of produce.Why even put a product like this out.

This is beyond frustrating. It’s a horrible experience to have to shop somewhere where everything is locked up! Who wants to shop there? I wanted Ensure, it’s locked up! Make up wipes anything else of importance for personal use… LOCKED UP!!! After they hand them to you, then there is a small register in the aisle for you to purchase them before Leaving the aisle!!!! Sheesh!!!!! SMH! Can’t buy a certain amount of seafood from the butchers unless you pay for it FIRST then bring the receipt back paid…. Retrieve your items! This is TERRIBLE! What kind of shopping experience is this. I will NOT be returning! I don’t want to shop anywhere and be treated as a common thief! Nor should anyone else!!!

5 Stars for Rebecca J hands down the absolute best! I had a huge issue with a 283 dollar return and she was a trooper, checking through each and every item one by one took a good hour without a single complaint or any attitude. She had the most uplifting spirit and a wonderful sense of humor, making a pretty embarrassing moment feel comfortable. The issue seemingly could have been fixed easy the night before but Trish pushed me to the morning staff, the Manager Tomanika was pleasant on the phone but unfortunately MIA when called by the wonderful young lady at self checkout in store. The cashier Rocio quickly left the register when i approached with my issue kind of rudely. They grabbed Rebecca whom seemed quite eager and up to the challenge with some of the BEST customer service I've seen in a long while THEN cherry on top her register light was off and a few customers still jumped in line and even though she was supposed to leave after my transaction she still rang them up as well! Superb attitude and Ralph's should be proud to have her, I cannot rave enough about her and my experience! Thank you Rebecca!
