My uncle needed to renew his passport and after making the appointment online, this was the only part where they had appointments. My uncle's process was very quick and easy, we had no problem. We arrived early and were greeted at that time so we didn't have to wait. So far so good. They didn't let me go so I had to wait outside. Which allowed me to see how people got to their appointment and everything. I should mention that the one who greets people here is the security person. Friendly and all. As the hour that I was there passed, many people arrived without an appointment and complained that when they spoke to the number that I provided, they never answered. Which is true, I have had a very bad experience when talking on the phone, the best thing is over the internet. I understand that without an appointment nothing is done but they should be more understanding. There was a boy who made him wait about 40 minutes and in the end they said no. Obviously the boy got angry and said a few bad words, which I do not justify, since I respect above all. But the response from the security person was very bad. Told him. "If you don't like it, you can go back to Mexico" I don't know if the people who work there understand that the only reason there is a consulate and that they have a job is precisely because of the Mexican people who live here. Saying that "they return to Mexico" is completely ironic since they have work for us. I wrote too much, but I think things like that shouldn't happen. As Mexicans we should give each other more support, not throw more dirt at each other. And he clarified, everything was fine with us, they treated my uncle well and the security guard with me was kind. But that's not why I'm going to stop mentioning the things that are wrong and where they can improve.

Hi, can I get one. Birth certificate in that place
You have to talk to Mexitel and they give you an appointment, I just take it out, but they do hold it here.
Hello Blanca, you have to call the Mexican consulate and schedule the appointment, your husband has to be present when you call because they will want to talk to him to make his appointment too, when you call tell the representative that they are going to make 2 appointments and they will meet like this. They are given a long time apart, the appointments will be given in the sites that are already available, it may be Los Angeles or Lynwood or another site .... I hope the information will serve you, the number you get right here on Google.
