Horrible experiences with this agency. They are rude and unprofessional. The care providers they have sent to my home are often late. They are not even trained to do the basics like washing hands when they enter a home. They are always in their street clothes. You better prepare all meals in advance for your loved one because they can't even scramble an egg. I have returned home several times and a provider is sleeping. My sons was out in the hallway alone during one of the shifts. Another time I came home to a loved one with feces all over him and his room. When you file a complaint with the office they do not follow up on your complaint even after you email them to tell them that you want a follow up. The office staff does not communicate well at all and often ignores voicemail messages and emails. Staff is not made accountable for anything so filing a complaint is a waste of time. Nobody cares. This agency is a nightmare. The only time they reach out is if they need you to do something to keep them in compliance like assisting with getting care of plan from the doctor or signing forms. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!

They don’t communicate with the clients on nurses schedule, the mailbox is always full, & they always say sorry but do the same things over & over. I’ve been with this company since 2015 i wouldn’t recommend this agency to anybody, They need uh new management ASAP

Their PCA's don't even know how to do basic household chores properly... All of them tell lies from the management on down... I would not recommend this agency to a rattlesnake
