My 3 star rating is overly generous. I came to this agency having been recommended by access help line. It's been weeks and all they have done is push pills at my 16 year old. I was told that my daughter's CSW would be contacting me as of yesterday, after weeks of waiting for her to be assigned to one. Now my daughter is home from Military school for the holidays and everything I feared would happen, is now happening because we are not being adequately supported. It is really a shame and sad. No therapist. No CSW. Not a happy Thanksgiving in this house. Thanks MBI..

Very UNPROFESSIONAL. The school-based team management specifically lied to me more than once. Revolving door of supervisors. Would not recommend anyone who is black and in the mental health profession work here.
