No there are not. You can bring one and launch. Beware of the tidal currents. That is why swimming is not permitted.
I don't believe so. We were also told there's no swimming in the ocean out by the fort.
No I'm sorry to say, but there is not. It's a memorial Civil War Fort. My family and I was just there a couple of months ago. We absolutely loved it!!!
