Yes. They have coffee at the cafeteria pretty much all the time.

Coffee is available in the cafeteria from open to close at midnight. At the parks, Starbucks products are also available near the entrance.

Yeah, there is coffee at the food court, and also a food truck with Joffrey's coffee that has breakfast items and coffee from 6-11(it says for a limited time so I'm not sure how long it will be around)
