I used to be a regular Starbucks customer at Disney Springs, and I stopped going to this branch for more than 2 years because I moved to another city. Then, I passed by this branch after two years, and I had in mind the idea that nobody would remember me or my special Cappucino order. When I was at the cashier I saw Rachel the wonderful employee so I introduced myself, and when I was telling her about my order she remembered me and some details about my order, and I was so happy. Then, I went outside and took a seat when an employee called kate came up to me with my order calling my name so cheerfully she was so happy to see me and said that when they were giving her the instructions for my order she replied you guys don't have to tell me anything about Waseem’s order I know it very well, and I will be the one who will go to hand it to him. So, I believe if each Starbucks branch has an employee like kate, Starbucks will never suffer from a bad customer service. It will be the number one company worldwide with no comparison or any other competitive.
