Hi Bella, I just relocated from the US Virgin Islands a year ago and eventhough it was a rough time for me. I did not had a problem seeking an Apartment or should I say Housing with SunCoast Properties. They are very nice people that is willing to work with you.

It's now under new ownership MHP are LLC and you have to pass a background check and they do a credit check so I don't know I don't work there
