One thing I do know is that the apartment manager has really turned the property around,for the better!!!
I stay out here now and I have never seen a rat in my place. Now I seen a rat by the dumpster but that's anywhere your go. Now roaches you will see a minimum unless you keep your place clean then you won't see them but if you go to the office and tell them to send the exterminators they will for free and I call them every month lol
Me personally my daughter lives out there with her family i have not seen rats or bugs in the apartment...I am very unaware of these accusations...To me it is a pretty decent place to live....I can only vouch for when Im out there..

I cannot in good conscience give you the answer you're looking for outwardly would not show what it truly is there is gunshots car break-ins young teenage problems let's call it on a constant in daily basis the office is complacent and only interested in selling the units sorry to disappoint you
I had to break my lease and get out of there because of me getting jumped and ending up at the hospital, they were jumping on my daughter, the police got the girl but because the cameras aren't turned on and she was under 18 they just gave her a warning
Girl these apartments are the worse, Management is very rude and maintenance is never come fix anything
