I had the pleasure to work with Ms. Bridget and from the first contact with her to the last I knew God answered my prayer. I called crying due to a previous community wanting to charge $5000 to move in but Ms. Bridget knew none of this she explained to me what needed to be done and took all 15 of my calls with a positive attitude I honestly didn't expect it, but she was passed phenomenal. After completing the application within 30min to an hour we were approved. The community prior I had been waiting on a response on top of me having to call just to get an update of no status change. I'm very grateful we were referred to Landing at Lake Gray and God placed us before an angel. My past experiences and with the day I was having my faith was restored after speaking with Ms. Bridget. If anyone is looking for a place I'm the first to say with this community the rent may seem high but all of what you get makes it worth every penny.

This amazing staff, both office and technical, recently rescued me from a climate control system issue. Their response was rapid, professional, and thorough! Absolutely amazing! 20 years in USAF Air Defense operations taught me how vitally important maintenance is to keeping us operational. This group of professionals works at the high levels I learned to appreciate during that career. The layout of the complex provides for both privacy and the ability to interface with neighbors, as you choose. Specifically, the STAFF is highly professional; friendly while being consistently efficient. Any issues I have reported have been dealt with quickly and competently. FACILITIES include all the usual amenities, such as fitness center, pool, grounds for pleasant walks, pet facilities, convenient mail pickup, and, a rarity, a 24-hours package delivery system. LOCATION: Within easy driving distance to a number of major shopping facilities (SAM's, Costco, Walmart, OP Mall, Crossroads Plaza, and many more). Interstate access is about two blocks away, yet we are "tucked into" a curve of I-295. There is a stretch of forested areas, which provides noise shielding from its traffic. Granted, traffic can be heavy during busy times, but we have access through Collins Road as well as Blanding Blvd.

Very nice at first. But once you in, attitude becomes very nasty. You don't even want to speak with anyone if something wrong in the building.
