Bunch of rude customer service representatives. What is the point of having an embassy when you cant represent Dubai immigrants in USA! No wonder we are settled here and not there!

I had a question about getting a permit for bringing certain medications which are restricted into the UAE, so I sent them an email. 2 days later they responded and told me to call Winnie, the health service attaché. She was super friendly and helpful over the phone and guided me through the process for applying for the permit. Excellent service I must say!
I have a green card, I would like to go to Dubai for 10 days. What’s the steps I should fallow.

U.S citizen doesn't need a visitor Visa but a green card holder do need a sponsorship. You can obtain this directly from Emirates Airlines or through your hotel. Hopefully this helps.
How do I go about registering my prescription medications so that I will have no issues with UAE customs?

I believe you need a doctor's note explaining the use of the prescription medication, further the note should document your travel dates. I am currently verifying that is all we need.

Visa is available at the point of entry for 30 days with no fees for U.S. citizens.
We are set to travel to Dubai and a few days and noticed that my 5 year old's passport expires in 4 months. Too late to get a new US passport. Can she still travel? Flying on emirates to Dubai

If you have USA passport you can get on arrival visas for 30 days.

You can get your Visas at the airport. Nothing in advance you need to do.

I work securitybat the Embassy, you have to go to the embassy's website and print the application, you fill it up, come to the embassy in DC turn your do uments in and it should take around 5 days to go through
