A month ago, I tried to contact the Kuwaiti embassy in Washington on the number listed on the embassy website, and I tried to speak with anyone in the embassy to authenticate the papers of a newborn baby, but unfortunately no one answered the phone !!!!! We, the classified Arabs of the third world countries, will remain the same as we are, and nothing will change us, regardless of our position, and we will not learn to respect peoples no matter how far we go from our home countries.

Every single time I call either the DC or LA office, no one is helpful. Literally no one answers my questions. They just refer me back to the website as if it contains all the answers or they'll allow the phone to ring off the hook to avoid answering questions. My passport expired long time ago and each time I try to renew it with them in LA they ask me to pay the fees and FedEx my paperwork and sure enough not even one response from them. P.S I’m not trying to apply for visa or something I’m just Kuwaiti citizen.

Based on my experience, all Kuwaiti officials do not deal with foreign documents unless authenticated by the Kuwaiti embassy abroad and then the minstry of foreign affairs in Kuwait.

Go to kuwait embassy website. Do the evisa. Once accepted buy flight. And visit. As long as u have an american passport you will be able to get in easy.
