I visited Sweet Nail Spa for the first time on Sunday and had an absolutely lovely time. Paul did an excellent job on my manicure and dip service. The spa was clean and well-appointed, with tons of variety in colors and services. There was plenty of staff to serve all the customers in a timely manner, and the atmosphere was perfect - great music, lots of TVs with entertainment, and the nail techs were engaging (if you wanted them to be - they'll be quiet if you're not a chatty person/want to listen to your own music). I just moved to the area and have been looking for a go-to salon; Sweet Nail Spa fits the bill perfectly and I can't wait to go back!

I am a pretty picky person when it comes to my nails (hell, we pay a pretty penny lol) but this has been the best place in Wesley Chapel thus far, Aileen is God sent, she knows what she is doing and she is great at it! I would definitely recommend this nail spa (pedicures great as well just can't remember the passed techs names). I do the Gel builder, and love it, I used to be an avid dip powder gal but for someone who is trying to minimize the strain on my nails I feel this has been the best thus far as my nails feel strong, & I want to be able to keep a nice length of my nature nail with a bit of reinforcement to keep them from breaking / tearing on the sides, and this has worked vey well for me :)

The manicurist was a sweetheart but the quality was not worth 98 dollars. Prices have gone up. After going there for 3 years I won’t be returning.

I have never had the healthy nails (dipped powered) before, kinda disappointed. Updated: Aileen (the owner) reached out to me and she offered to redo my nails personally. I came in a few days later at the time we discussed, however she left for the day. I ended up having the same technician (Vi) do my nails as I did the first time. She did a great job the 2nd time around however I did not appreciate her repeatedly asking me about my previous review and argue with me on what I said to the owner regarding her services. Then she mocked me and went on to telling her next customer, as I’m sitting next to her, that I wrote a terrible review about her and her services which I did not. I do not normally write bad reviews and call people out by name but this was unacceptable. Please do not contact me again and I will not be coming back.
