This was the first purchase that I had from famous Tate. The refrigerator was delivered 3 months ahead of schedule and the installation was excellent. The product to my surprise was in perfect condition and was expertly installed. The removal of the old refrigerator also went without a hitch. I hope they take the time to let the two installers that delivered my refrigerator know that their service and attention to detail should be commended. Getting any appliance delivered and installed without issues is something that rarely occurs today. So once again I would like to thank both Famous Tate and the two delivery and installers for excellent service.

EXTREMELY NEGATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AFTER MAKING A LARGE PURCHASE!! After buying 6 major appliances for an approximate cost of $14,000.00 , the installers failed to complete their job thoroughly. The “team” that installed the refrigerator, washer and dryer did not level the washer and refrigerator on the floor. The washing machine is bouncing all over the floor and the refrigerator is tilted quite a bit. The installers were in a huge rush to leave. They didn’t speak English and had a very bad attitude when I tried to ask questions. So we reached out to our salesperson, who indicated that we would need to pay an additional $100 for his “team” to come and complete the installation they should have done while they were here to begin with. The salesman (who up until this point, we had a positive experience with) made excuses for the installers by stating that the plumbing finishes in our new home were incomplete which is not relevant because everything needed to install the appliances was complete. He also indicated that the appliances had been moved. That is absolutely not true. They were in the exact same place the delivery personnel put them in our garage when they were delivered. The salesman needed the appliances moved out of his warehouse even though we weren’t quite ready for install. So he asked if they could be delivered and then installed at a later date when we were ready and we complied. He is the reason there were 2 separate visits, one for delivery and one for install. None of his excuses have any bearing on why the installers did not complete their task by leveling the refrigerator and washer on the floor. I have left messages for 2 different customer service representatives and none of them have bothered to return my call.

We recently purchased a double-oven & gas cooktop here. The prices were fair and delivery was even faster than we expected or hoped for. We had a great experience with Eric H, who made himself available for all kinds of questions and delivery requests without any pressure or negativity. We appreciate him and this store and will be back for any future appliance shopping!

We have been customers with Famous Tate for many years and always have been very satisfied with their customer service and our purchases. We have recommended them to our family and friends who are now repeat customers . We really like that when you are looking for an appliance or mattress there is no pressure in the sales staff. Staff always answers questions honestly about the appliance or mattress you are looking to purchase. Recently we purchased a GE refrigerator, dishwasher, and double oven stove. Ashley helped us with our purchase and she was excellent. Always. answered our questions honestly and gave us good information so we could make a decision. Ashley has very good customer skills and we enjoyed our interaction with her. The manager was also very good. The installer for the dishwasher was excellent and arrived within the time given to us. The delivery on the refrigerator were Juan and Freddy and they also were excellent went over information regarding our new refrigerator . We purchased our appliances with the store on SR 54 Wesley Chapel.
