First and foremost, the experience was great! Gil Bravo should be awarded "salesman of the year" for his hard work and dedication to closing a deal. Great communication from the beginning until we pulled off the lot. His business manager Bishoy Fathalla explained everything, leaving no questions to be asked. In a nutshell, before going to any other dealership in the area, give them a try. By the way, the truck is awesome!

A clean dealership with tons of inventory. Our salesperson, Mario, was super chill and knowledgeable. After basic negotiations, we got my dream car for a very reasonable price. If you’re in the area and looking for a new vehicle, make sure to give Parks a look 👍🏻

Let’s start with the initial negotiations - was connected to Frank Lacey and Mike Dombrowski. Both were very straight forward and professional. They responded to calls and e-mails promptly. I ordered a special F150 and the process couldn’t have been easier - they even went so far as to review Ford’s spec sheets to give me an estimated payload, which was very important to me. Didn’t need to haggle on the price either, as they came in significantly lower than other dealers I had spoken to (with NO mark-up over MSRP). Once the order was placed, Frank, Mike, and Chris took good care of me by guiding me through the order/wait process and managing my expectations on anticipated delivery. I was originally told my order would take approximately 90 days to arrive from date of order, but it was ready for pick up within 60 (under-promised & over-delivered)! While I was waiting, the guys were helpful in discussing dealer-added accessories, and I ended up ordering a quad-fold hard tonneau cover, which they had ready to go on date of delivery. On my delivery date, Sayed greeted me and helped me throughout the entire walk-through, test drive, and credit application. Frank and I came to fair terms on my trade-in and had the deal put together for finance in about 15 minutes. Sayed worked with Frank, Chris, and Tony (in finance) to get me out the door as efficiently as possible and helped me set up my FordPass app and my Sync4 system in the truck, to include wireless Apple CarPlay. As I was waiting for for my paperwork, I noticed my vehicle didn’t include a feature I believed I had added to my build. When I told Sayed, he and Chris did some digging to see what happened. Long story short, Ford’s build/price website was VERY misleading about the features included with the $200 add-on, and I only ended up with one of the two items I thought I was going to get. In an effort to make thing right, Chris comped the cost of add-on, which I thought was more than fair. Once in finance, Tony took his time and answered all of my questions about extended warranties, maintenance plans, and all of the other offers/plans Ford has to offer. I ended up selecting an extended warranty plan, although the benefits of buying from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel (Parks+; lifetime power train warranty) provided a very comprehensive protection package on its own. All-in-all, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve driven Toyota’s exclusively since I was 15 years old, and their terrible sales managers pushed me into the open arms of Ford, and I can confidently say it was the right move. My truck is awesome, and it was spotless on the day I picked it up. 10/10 (100% would (and have) recommend)

Excellent buying experience! Salesman, finance manager, and especially the sales manager frank lacey made the buying experience smooth and painless. Frank got us a great price and fair deal all around. He made sure all my special requests were made and kept me up to date on my order. Frank new I was coming in with a newborn and had all my paperwork in order and ready to sign upon my arrival. Couldn't be more happy. The dealership is also clean and well organized with a nice lounge and friendly people. All my future ford purchases will be here! I currently have 3 ford's and buy 2 new vehicles every 2-3 years. I don't know why I haven't bought here sooner....

Will Smith told me there was no recall on my '19 Explorer after i was told to come in. Got a call 2 weeks ago saying i missed my appointment. Turns out, there was, and he was wrong and now i have to go back in. Nice guy but didnt follow thru on info.

Had to call them several times after my trade in of my escape for a ranger. They didn't payoff my escape for 14 days....had to stop monthly payment on escape myself . Little unhappy with that. But all is good now.
