I paid $5 the voice in the machine said it was ready I pulled forward and and did not get a car wash no phone number to call to get a refund This is 100% self serve so no attendant or employee on site we'll have to go to the city records department to find out who owns it and contact them

I use this carwash all the time,it to bad that people chose to take from it over and over again. Someday they're going to get it back.
