Rip off, called for service, was told fee to come inspect. No problem. I gave the information on I phone about my units and also the model numbers and serial numbers. Tech came out, looked at the model numbers and said units too old, can't get parts. They could have told me that when I gave the information over the phone.

I give them 5+ stars they delivered our washer and dryer when they said they would.When we had a miscommunication about the dryer cord they not only exchanged it they had a tech come replace it right away then the washer wouldn't spin out they sent another tech out and fixed it right away. These 2 incidents both happened today. They are beyond professional.
