From the moment we walked through the doors everyone was kind and helpful. The nurses were wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate with my niece, who is special needs. The lady in the waiting area was also very caring and helpful. I also appreciate all the text reminders. Thanks for making this worrisome experience pleasant. Kudos to the kindness in your people.

I have traveled the whole state of Florida this is one of the best hospitals if not the best hospitals that I have ever been to. They really care about their patient and they do the best that they can do to make sure the patient is comfortable throughout their stay. Also they care about their visitors and there's tons of love here at this Hospital. The ER is quick. It's a great location has tons of restaurants on Mall and gas station nearby also if you need a lawyer they are right across the street if you need a bone doctor pulmonary doctor a heart doctor or primary care for the hospital that is all right across the street. This is a great location they take care of the area very nice it looks very pretty. I might add this is a non-smoking area so you need to get off the property to smoke. If you're a smoker.

When i had visited this past week, the ER techs were very efficient, kind, and helpful. I had went in the ER for passing out and being unresponsive. When i had got to my room and spoken to a doctor after many hours of waiting, the doctor told me “it sounds like you just fell asleep” and when i explained to him that i did not fall asleep and went unconscious, he continued to say “well we all pass out at least once”. I can’t say my trip was the worst, but it was not the best. I think the actual doctors could have more respect and professionalism.

The nurses and staff are the best here a Thank you to all the staff at this hospital who helped save my dad’s life from Covid 19. They took excellent care of him and even though the wait was long due to the amount of patients when we got to the ER … they still managed to perform all the necessary tests like x-ray, EKG, vitals in the waiting room to assess patients and their status. The nurses on the sixth floor, especially John the night nurse, were extremely helpful, kind and updated me with the status of my dad. My only Suggestion would be to make sure people are drinking water in the ER and not getting dehydrated since it’s a long wait… They did have water bottles in ice water and my dad was able to get one but some stubborn patients like my dad need a verbal reminder :) since no visitors allowed in waiting room due to public safety and Covid protocols . The people assessing Visitors at the front of the hospital were friendly and delivered the extra clothes I brought to my dad without a problem. The person working at the entrance of ER is the one to make sure my dad got a water bottle. They had a tough job because they have to make sure only patients are allowed in. I am grateful for everyone there Update 12/2021 The hospital meals need some improvement .. I don’t want to take a star off but it is probably the weakest aspect and in need of the most improvement

Yes regarding the sneaker class that is correct wonderful place.
I read on the site that visiting hrs are 24/7.
They do not have a cardiac floor
Yes
Ask for case management or the head RN
Hi I work at advent wesley chapel. If you go into the ER there is a window to the left before you reach the check in desk you let them know which records you are wanting and they will print or put on a disc what you need after you sign a release for then you are free to give your records to whom ever you want.
This is not a good location to get travel testing done. The hospital is better for patients that are very sick and trying to get medical care.
Not sure if you can but like any other place I am sure you can request them first and no way they would deny them. I never had to go get any done there nor having to pick them up.
Yes, one person who passes the COVID screening may visit during normal hours.
Neuspine Institute - Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery
Good advice
I don't think they do. Call and ask. The Kaufman Eye Institute is another option in Wesley Chapel.
I'm sure they do but discuss this with your surgeon.
I would call them and ask.
No, Florida Hospital (soon to be Advent Heath) is a non-profit hospital system.
I've dropped off sharps containers on 2nd floor at the lab. Enter hospital through the ER during the day and they will direct you.
Most nursing homes or assisted living facilities assist you if you need help monetarily
They do not specialize in pediatrics , you would have to go to Florida Hospital Tampa for pediatric specialist ..it serves the adult population
So no my mom wasn't in need of one while she was there. But I'd like to let you know that hospital is awesome! My mom was there for 28 days and they took such great care of her and everything we asked for we received.
There are 2 great back doctors/Neurosurgeons next door at Neu Spine. I personally see Dr. Armen Deukmedjian. Everyone calls him Dr. Duke.
