Was going to purchase tires and schedule appointment online but decided not to due to the $50 charge for the "requirement" of a tpms service/kit. It's NOT optional. I've replaced many tires w/o this odd charge, even at this very location when I walked in for an emergency blowout change they "waived" the charge. Because it's not necessary. Tire Kingdom, realize that you lost a few hundred dollars sale over a sneaky $50 fee.

The people at Tire Kingdom in Wesley Chapel are truly amazing. I got a flat tire and needed 4 new ones. My tow truck ended up being over 2 hours late, and with TK closing at 5 on Saturdays and closed Sundays I was looking at not having my car for 2 days and being forced to uber to downtown tampa for work. Brooke answered the phone every time I called, which was a lot, and was so beyond friendly and helpful. Corey, Luke, and Brooke stayed late and replaced my tires for me so that I would be able to get to work that night and the next day. These are some really incredible people that went out of their way to help me, and without them I would be completely screwed. Thank you again!!

I have been a customer of this shop for the last 11 years. On Tuesday I went to get oil change and tire rotation and told the guy who called me, I can wait up to 2/3 hours. He asked if I had an appointment. I told him I was very busy at work at my job in a Hospital + plus their web site had Tuesday greyed out for appointments. He refused to take in my car in spite of me telling it is overdue for the service. He flatly asked me to leave. This is what I got after being a customer for last 11 years and always made appointments for servicing my car. I went to Express Auto care on the other side of the street. They did my oil change and tire rotation in 27 minutes including replacing engine air filter. To the owner of this shop, you just lost one of your long time valuable customers.

The service was top notch here. Edward and Anthony were on top of their game (even late in the day on a Saturday). Very professional, honest, and helpful. Often times you leave these places feeling like you got shafted, but I left feeling confident that I got the best help.
