From the moment you walk in you are greeted by team members eager to help. I was originally working with Ness who was busy helping another customer when I got to the dealership but I was quickly assisted by Jerick who took over the deal along with Matt. Jerick was very knowledgeable and explained all the details and features of the vehicle. He was very friendly, courteous, and made sure that the entire process was quick, smooth, and that all my questions were answered throughout the process. Although there were a few things I would have changed with the transparency during the beginning of the transaction everything with this team was great. Our Sales Rep Kelsey Nash was very professional and patient. We have always loved the Toyota brand and after a long hiatus from this brand this is just the beginning we will definitely be back.

Don’t go there. They are not helpful at all. When I was there they wasted my time by switching our sales person, and then after hour they said they didn’t have any thing for me. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Scout was always picky when I used the app in my Rav 4, with unexplained issues always popping up. I found using Google Maps or Waze on my phone to be far less hassle. The in-car navigation seemed awesome on paper, but it never worked as well or as consistently as the other GPS options out there. Most of my friends have abandoned Scout altogether for the same reasons. Hope that helps!
