Although there were a few things I would have changed with the transparency during the beginning of the transaction everything with this team was great. Our Sales Rep Kelsey Nash was very professional and patient. We have always loved the Toyota brand and after a long hiatus from this brand this is just the beginning we will definitely be back.

My experience was totally the opposite. Hector King was my salesman and he was very much intune to my financial and personal needs.
Scout was always picky when I used the app in my Rav 4, with unexplained issues always popping up. I found using Google Maps or Waze on my phone to be far less hassle. The in-car navigation seemed awesome on paper, but it never worked as well or as consistently as the other GPS options out there. Most of my friends have abandoned Scout altogether for the same reasons. Hope that helps!
