I purchased a new John Deere 300 here. When my husband took it in for servicing and to purchase & have a bagger installed, person at counter was RUDE, asking if he had brought in for servicing before. It had less than 50hrs. He made no attempt to help and tractor was left on our trailer so husband left. This is not the first time this individual had been rude. We will take our tractor to a different JD dealership even if it means we have further to drive.

Would give zero stars if I could. Replaced Diesel Injection pump, immediately started leaking. After leaving voicemails all the way up to the GM I'm going on 2 months without a callback. I would steer clear of Pape Service as they don't cover the warranty they sell. If the GM doesn't even call you back I wouldn't trust anything they sell. Will never buy JD again because of this.

Bought a new 1025r from Steve Wilbur this past week and would definitely recommend Steve and Papé. Steve was mister cool operator and exactly what you want in a salesman. He was eager to answer questions and talk features. He took the time to interact with my young daughter when dropping off the tractor and she's been talking non stop about Mr Steve and the green tractor. Great experience and and happy to join the John Deere family.
