I honestly do not understand this office. I researched about a way to treat cavities in kids without putting them to sleep, and I found this office treats cavities with laser. I called the front desk and they seemed unfamiliar with the procedure although it is stated on their website. I messaged them through facebook, and the reply was that the front desk ladies are new but yes, we do offer it. I told them my daughter has many cavities, would you still do it? They said, yes! The appointment was a month and a half away, which I didn’t mind if they provided the service I needed. I got a call one business day before the appointment, and they asked me to get the x-rays from her previous dentist. I thought it’s crazy telling me now with no time left after waiting more than a month and half. Luckily, I was able to get the x-rays. The lady told me we have her written down to perform the sedation process. I told her, I specifically came to you guys because we do not want sedation and wanted treatment with laser! I don’t understand how they wrote that down!! Needless to say, when we went to the office, the doctor did not want to do the laser because he said she has many cavities although I specified that during the call. I was very disappointed since we drove over an hour. They seem extremely unorganized and unaware of what the office can and cannot do. I gave two stars instead of one just because everyone seemed nice at the office.

It was our second time around and we had a very pleasant experience. The technicians took their time with my 4 year old who is on the spectrum and doesn’t do well in doctors offices. Staff was very patient and kind with my little one and took their time answering all of my questions. Office is always clean and the process from beginning to end was very well organized. We’re definitely keeping Dr. Bee as the dentist for our little one

Always a great experience. My children now 5 and 9 have both been going since 3yo and they make the children feel very comfortable. I have seen all the dentists they have on staff and they all are great. The dental assistance/hygienist are fantastic as well! We live about a half an hour away and have no problem making a little extra of a trip to come here. I recommend them to anyone who is looking.

Took my 4 yo son to his first dentist visit today August 23rd and couldn’t be happier about finding Dr Bee Dentistry. The staff is absolutely amazing, patient and very gentle with the kids. Our tech Lorry was beyond amazing and caref a lot about my son.
