Had a great experience today in the Service Dept with my newly purchased vehicle. I was having an issue getting the car to start on two occasions this week. My first thought was that my key fob needed a battery change. Just as a precaution, I headed over to the Service dept at Wesley Chapel Nissan where I met Darren. Darren did a triage of questions and checks with the car and decided that we may need to have one of the technicians take a look at the car battery. I decided to wait for the service at the dealership. Within a few minutes Darren came to advise me that indeed the car battery had a low charge and would need replacement. As a recent car purchase this was discouraging news. Turns out, this battery type is a rather high-priced battery and that was even more discouraging to hear. However, Darren advised that even though the battery was not included in my newly purchased warranty, one of the Service Managers named James had decided to go ahead and replace my car battery free of charge simply because I was a new customer to the dealership. Upon hearing this I was super delighted to have put my trust in this service department. The installation of the new battery was quick and efficient, and the car fired up quickly after that and sounded great. My service today was excellent, and I would recommend this service department to anyone in the Wesley Chapel area in need of great auto service.

She did not walk away to service other customers. She should be the sales person you have. Best experience ever. Even helping with little problems with truck. After sale.

Okay, so it's been a little while since I purchased my Rogue and it has given me some time to drive it. I love the safety features. I had a couple issues when I first purchased it but they were fixed immediately. My only complaint are the tires they constantly need to be filled and it has been that way since purchase. My sales woman was Jenny and she was great. I love that there were women in sales. It made the process more comfortable. The protection plan is worth it in my opinion and I love that if I have issues I can go to a closer nissan. I'm giving it 4 stars for the tires but the people and shop are a 5

I have 2002 nissan altima 2.5, with camshaft to be replaced.i understand that there was a recall for this part. So is replacment still covered under the recall at the dealership. Thank u
