I am not sure, I dont live there, my ex-husband did. But I DO know that the "owners" who live in the mid-west (NOT even in NY state) are almost impossible to reach. Water issues will not be addressed, and when they finally are, half of the job will be done. The water is well (one of the only ones left in the area still on well water). Snow plowing is done late and half-way. I wouldn't recommend this park at all. Try ANY of the others in the area. Kenyon Landing has some mobile homes to rent to own I believe. Good luck!
