Hood on my mower was damaged during routine maintenance which I paid pickup and drop-off fees for due to being in Newport. Drop-off driver returned to shop with the damaged hood. New hood was ordered and received, but they will not give me a date for the delivery and reinstallation of the new hood because no other deliveries are coming this way. I guess customer service is only a priority if you are paying for it. It's not about me just making a trip up to New Bern, its about this not being my fault.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is the first time bringing in my JD lawn tractor for service since it was new. To my surprise my tractor was repaired in only 2 days. The repair cost was very reasonable and done to my satisfaction. I recommend them and will continue to do business with them.

Good morning, Mr. Pipkin. No, the mower belt and drive belt are not interchangeable on the D140. The drive belt is 88.89 inches and the deck belt is 141.7 inches. I hope this helps!
