The apartment is very clean and all appliances are updated. The manager, John Wilkes, is a very accommodating and caring professional. Kurt, the maintenance supervisor, is great at fixing concerns timely. They have been there for every issue I've had to work with me and resolve any problem. Love this place! It does have thin walls and ceilings but for the most part, I now have considerate neighbors. They recently updated landscaping and cut the trees plus in the winter, snow removal is done early in the morning by an awesome company.

I don't understand why they put a bright light in front of the bedroom window. If you put a fan in the window it's bright as day all night long.

Well I haven't even submitted an application and this is because they will auto deny you if you have a bankruptcy on your record. Damn lol sorry for having medical bills
