Im going to Start off by saying these apartments are the worst !!!!!The apartment manager has the (WORST ATTITUDE)of all time she's very unprofessional , and doesn't no how to talk to anyone, the maintenance man never do their jobs right or even come on time when you need something FIXED that is very important, It's alot of things I can say about you guys and I wouldn't even recommend these apartments to anyone

Maintenance people don’t know how to do their jobs, rather than call a professional they’ll have you keep calling them back just to temporarily fix it. They lie to your face as well. Roaches and bugs are an issue. I wouldn’t move here unless you’re ready to deal with a place full of idiots. They are extremely unprofessional. I’ve never seen a business conducted like this. When we first moved in, stuff was already broken in the apartment. But they sure wanted that deposit.

I guess when u are in a rush to move and staying with other people and being uncomfortable isn't a option when u use to having your own spacious home and yard for 13teen years to turn around and have to deal with nose bumping walking hard and stomping all day over ur head when ur off work or weekends roaches I guess it could be because your neighbors are that clean no gym up and running like the website Saud my son was really excited about being able to work only to find out no gym the staff/management is super nice especially randy during the time I applied the rent was 875.00 2 weeks later it jumped to 1,000 for a 2 bed 1 bath but hell being out the door or staying with other people until better days but yes they could do a Lil more work and I don't like Maintenance in my Aptwhen I'm not home I DON'T TRUST PEOPLE I DON'T LIKE THAT BUT AS LONG AS U STAU TO YOUR SELF U OK

I moved from there in August 2021 and I want to rent again, the staff very friendly with me and the maintenance excellent, I moved because I was going to Puerto Rico, but I regretted going back to my island. Nothing like Jacksonville. And my beloved manager and his staff, I missed them so much .as they left me another apartment

3 bedroom are renting for $900.00 to 950.00
They never came to my apartment when I was living there, we didn't get taken care of in any way
Be careful living there, the camera's are up but not on, my place got robbed 3 times and my daughter kept getting jumped and when I went to break up one of the fights where 3 girls wanted what she had, I wound up at the hospital
It never works. They never pick up.
