Would like to know why the lot rent goes up and up and up every month? One month its 470 another 500.. shouldn’t it be one set fee monthly? I don’t see any changes it’s still dirty as ever out here. The kid park is trash ..

They also add on every year (they just did recently) saying it's for "improvements", yet they haven't fixed a pothole or torn down any of the rathole 1960s trailers that have been boarded up for i know WELL over a year now. But they are quick to throw a notice on your door if your grass is 6 inches high, but never seem to notice the empty lot that is their responsibility next door with weeds growing 2ft high...

Exactly a d the main people are douches like jeez and that's just cause they look to take struggling peoples money I hate the owners of that place like they do not like to cooperate
