Good day; I have the pleasure of saying how amazing I have been treated here and I enjoy living in this community. Me personally have not had a issue. The office staff; Mimi. Travis, Traci, Javier and the gentleman who showed me my new home were and are amazing. They speak when I speak to them we greet each other like family and in my life I appreciate them. I've been through alot; and they have been supportive and loving every step of the way. I will do my best to live in this community for awhile. My neighbors are great. They have cleaned it up. They don't tolerate misbehavior in the community. If you work hard take care of your area and be respectful it will be reciprocated. Have a Blessed day.

I have been here a month and ever since then the office has ignored every email and message. I asked for access to the online portal no reply, I had emailed about issues to my trailer, no reply. They are supposed to cover bugs, they did not. The website is not updated so I do not even know who the manager is, I emailed the one listed and she replied and someone was supposed to get back with me, never did.

They left us in a home with mold they have an infestation of roaches and wolf spiders. The spiders were so big that they looked like hands walking across the wall. The pictures are of how they left my floor, for two years horrible experience

They also add on every year (they just did recently) saying it's for "improvements", yet they haven't fixed a pothole or torn down any of the rathole 1960s trailers that have been boarded up for i know WELL over a year now. But they are quick to throw a notice on your door if your grass is 6 inches high, but never seem to notice the empty lot that is their responsibility next door with weeds growing 2ft high...
Getting the mailboxes fixed has to do with the post office, not Paradise Village hence why when you get the key to the mailboxes you have to go to the post office. My suggestion is for you to go to the post office and report that it is broken and ask them any further questions you may have.

There are several pitbulls that run around, people do not watch their dogs here. Have complained to the office but they said there is nothing they can do. These people knew they were not suppose to have pitbulls here, it is in the contract they signed. I have seen several Al cats killed here.
