The lot rent is ridiculous. And they raise it every year. For what? A few street lights and pool maintenance? They do nothing else. I suppose they pay some sort of liability insurance... but they legit are making a killing for...nothing.

Very quiet, serene and friendly neighborhood. My girls enjoyed the pool while visiting their Aunt and Uncle.
Are there empty lots available for rent? Can a pre built home be moved and lived in this community? For example a tiny home. Is there water, electric and sewage hookup?
What is the price on lot rent?
What is included with lot rent?
