Pool is open about 2 months out of the year .
As of 1/1/19 $469.35 lot rent includes trash Pick Up twice a week, pool access included from April-ish till November-ish (depends on Health Dept as to when it has to be closed/opened)
As of now lot rents are $438 And nothing else is included
