I don't live here but my aunt has lived here for 30+ years. The only problems Ive had are the pool is never open. Hasn't been opened in years, kids running in front of cars and some of the yards need to be better maintained.

This place is awful! They will not fix anything. All they want is your money and will try and say you owe money when you don't. Did that to me last year. After telling them that I have all of my receipts they cleared my account to zero balance. They are scams!! No lighting, loud music late at night, never allowed to use the pool, neighbors throwing trash in your yards. It's just too much! Do not move here!!
